The Beaches & Cream Soda Shop had gained quite a bit of popularity for a very large ice cream sundae known as "The Kitchen Sink" but this sock-hop era boardwalk-style cafe has several "hot off the grill" items that are quite tasty as well. It's a small location, and in days gone by, you could just walk up and get a table. Now, they do in fact, accept reservations… and it's probably a good idea to have one if you want to get in at peak times. There is still a small "walk-up-and-go" menu available if you're just looking for some ice cream or a beverage, along with a few tables just outside the main entrance to the restaurant (that are open to anyone).
