The Parfait Station At the Sunday Bubbles Brunch

That large white countertop is normally part of the lounge at Il Mulino, and if I'm not mistaken, has tall chairs right where the parfait station is!

Normally, Il Mulino doesn't offer a "brunch" period or operate as a buffet. I think they did an amazing job of converting the space they had to accommodate this Sunday Brunch! Heck, there's more space and organization to this set up, than most dedicated "buffet" locations offer.
