Hot Chicken Slider

The Hot Chicken Slider featured Crispy Chicken (yes), a Pretzel Bun (yes), Pickles (yes), and an Apricot and Serrano Glaze???? Not so sure about the last one... if it was on there (and I did see them squirt something liquidy on the slider), then the Apricot and Serrano Glaze is more or less... sweetwater.

I keep thinking about how great something like an Apricot and Serrano Sauce or Chutney would have looked at tasted on there.

So, the slider isn't bad per-say, or a total loss, becuase the other components are so good... it's just a missed opportunity to have had an amazing Hot Chicken Slider.
