Pork Belly Slider

And the winner of my little "Battle of the Sliders" is this Pork Belly Slider featuring Roasted and Seared Pork Belly, Sauerkraut, and Mustard Aioli.

For starters, everything that was written on the menu board was visible on the slider and you could even taste everything! The Pork Belly pieces that were on the sandwich ended up being a little more like thick cut bacon than proper pork belly, but that's okay — there's nothing wrong with thick cut bacon!!!
