The appetizer course and dessert course is "fixed" at this experience... meaning everyone at the table gets a "sampler" of two or three appetizers and three or four desserts. Everyone gets the same thing, there are no decisions or choices to make.

Entrees are "prix fixe", meaning you can choose one of the entree items off the menu. There are between 6 and 8 entree items to choose from (at the time of writing this description).
