An Annual Passholder Sampler Lanyard from the 2022 Seven Seas Food Festival at SeaWorld in Orlando.
You can tell this is the Mexico area becuase there's large letters in the shrubs that spell out Mexico.
The Mexican Market booth is located in a new mini festival area for 2022.
The Drunken Shrimp Tostada features Tomato Aguachile, Cilantro & Avocado Crema (and pickled onions, apparently).
This was actually a great little Tostada. If it had been a couple bucks less... it would have gotten green thumbs-up right across the board.
The Hot Mozzarella with Cherry Tomato Bruschetta from SeaWorld's Italian Market booth.
The Mozzarella with Cherry Tomato dish provided a nice, garden fresh break from all the other dishes at the Seven Seas Food Festival.
The Crispy Pork Belly Bites from the Asian Market were served with some pickled ginger and rice.
The Asian Market booth was all alone in nomad's land. Oddly, the next closest food booth was Ireland.
The Crispy Pork Belly Bites from the Asian Market wasn't quite as pretty as it was on the menu board. In fact, there seemed to be a couple of ingredients missing when looking at the photo. But in reading the description on the menu board, everything was in fact on the plate.
The Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl is definitely one of the more colorful dishes at this year's festival.
The Polynesian Market booth is where you'll find the Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl and some Luau BBQ Lamb Ribs — both dishes are gluten free.
A closer look at the Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl.
The ingredients in the bowl I received, didn't quite match up to the description on the menu board, but it was a great item just the same.
The Tiramisu cup may have been pre-made, but it sure was good!
The Tiramisu was listed as combining Ladyfingers Soaked in Espresso and Rum, Laced with Creamy Mascarpone. Surprisingly, you really can't see all that through the clear plastic cup, but all of those flavors were in there!
Even though I would highly recommend the dessert cup, it still gets a "yellow" on the value scale. Both $7.99 and $6.92 seem a tad high for a pre-made, keep cold dessert. The lower $4.73-$5.68 price points seem about right.
