The Viva el Sabor! festival event area at Sea World, Orlando.

Latin beats fill the air with live performance groups and music that ranges from Reggaeton, Salsa, Latin Pop and Merengue.

All the food is made to order! Here an "Empanadilla Loca" is being assembled.

Empanadilla Loca - Pizza Empanada with Cheese, Beef, Mayo-Ketchup, Lettuce and Tomato. Full plate.

Mofongo with Carne Frita - Full size plate.

The authentic "Mofongo with Carne Frita" features Garlic Mashed Plantains with Onion Mojo, Served with Fried Pork. This is a sample size plate, that is not available to the general public (I know... right?).

The Pincho con Tostones can be prepared with pork or chicken - full plate.

This sample size portion of the Pincho con Tostones (pork version) is served with Fried Plantains and some really amazing garlic toast! This is another one of those items that's only available as a full size plate at $9.99. (This sample size was provided as a "taster" at a media event.)

Lechón Asado features Traditional Roasted Pork Rubbed with Caribbean Seasonings and is served with Pigeon Peas and your choice of Ripe or Sweet Plantains - full plate.
