Rosa Mexicano is located in the Dolphin building at the Swan and Dolphin Hotel complex. While they do have a breakfast, lunch and dinner menus — they have been posting an "hours of operation are subject to change" notice on their site... recommending guests check "this week's opening dates and times" before visiting. I suspect, breakfast and/or lunch may not be offered during off-season times of the year. Reservations are recommended for dinner though… so I think dinner is a safe bet.

Rosa Mexicano is offering up both classic and modern Mexican cuisine in light and colorful dining spaces. There are usually "chefs with names" at the Swan and Dolphin signature restaurants — which I like, because it adds a sense of responsibility for the menu. Rosa Mexicano has multiple locations, however — with the Lincoln Center, New York address being one of the more promising locations. The bar of excellence and competition to attract patrons is greater in New York than Orlando… so, grain of salt, and all that.
