Picabu is the Dolphin Hotel's counter service option and is said to be open all day (one of the few locations that still has around-the-clock hours anywhere in the Disney resort system). This is cafeteria-style American dining (from an environment standpoint and culinary standpoint).

The breakfast menu features items such as scrambled eggs, waffles and omelettes, along with grab and go pastries and breakfast baked goods. The lunch and dinner menus are largely the same and feature salads, sandwiches, tacos and such, along with a couple of entrées such as Pot Roast, Lasagna, and a Half Chicken. The Late-Night menu is all grab-and-go, the kitchen is basically closed until breakfast.
