Here's a look at the front entrance at Steakhouse 71.

The Onion Rings are on the Appetizer part of the menu at Steakhouse 71 and are said to be hand-breaded and served with Spicy Ranch Dipping Sauce.

The Mac and Cheese at Steakhouse 71 is technically only on the Lounge menu, but if you ask really nicely... your server may be able to get one for you.

If you want to pick up a drink or a tapas style snack before dinner, this is what the main bar area looks like in the Steakhouse 71 Lounge.

There's two seating nooks in the lounge area which are large enough to hold several strollers. The light fixtures are very cool.

While you wait for your table, near the reception booth, there's some very cool concept art from the opening days of the Magic Kingdom. Pictured here are some Tomorrowland concepts.

When just looking at a photo, it might seem like the tables are too close together, but in person — it doesn't necessarily feel that way. We've been to Disney locations where the tables were closer together than this.

There are a couple of round tables that seat six while most of the square tables seat two or four. There's maybe six full booths at Steakhouse 71 and a line of half-booth, half-chair type seating as well.

There's a couple of large glass windows that separate the lounge area from the main dining room. It's actually a pretty cool looking feature — I'm just not sure what design style this is though. Those are "Fighting Irish" colors.

Here's a closer look at one of the larger, round tables for six at Steakhouse 71.

Each of the tables use a wooden salt and pepper shaker as a centerpiece, along with a candle. The mint green colored napkins are cloth. Did you know, that traditional America steakhouses used black cloth napkins, so that business people eating lunch at the steakhouse wouldn't get white lint on their dress pants after they ate. A fact, from a bygone era.

I really like this mural. The art style is reminiscent of the 70s Grand Canyon Concourse... or a Disney paper shopping bag design that I seem to remember from many years ago. I also appreciate how the mural panels are lined up with the wooden slats hanging from the ceiling — however, I feel like the placement of the art and the wooden frame line that runs under it — just makes the ceiling look and feel even lower than it is.

If you didn't get a chance to look at some of the photography as you were entering Steakhouse 71 — you're in luck, because the entry hallway is also the exit hallway. Honestly, as much as I like the colorful main dining area art — I kind of wish the whole restaurant picked up more of this modern, "dark wood with production photos" vibe.
