The Intermission Food Court is the main restaurant at Disney’s All Star Sports Resort (there is also a pool bar). While there is quite a bit of seating at the location, you will find that at peak-times, it can get very crowded. Get there an hour before or after your “typical” dining periods, and the environment is much more relaxing.

Hot breakfast items are served from 6:00am until 11:00am and include mostly “American Standards” including Mickey Shaped Waffles, Pancakes, and French Toast. The real super-stars at breakfast though, are the made-to order Omelets including options like a Western Omelet, Ham & Cheese Omelet, and Egg White Vegetable Omelet.

Grab and Go items are also available along with a few items from the bakery station including assorted Turnovers, Muffins, Croissants and Danishes.
