Hollywood Scoops is right next to Fairfax Fare at the end of the Sunset Boulevard area, close to the Tower of Terror. It picks up similar west coast open market design cues from it's neighbor, and only offers outdoor seating (which seems just a bit too close to the "smoking" area... official or not).

Ice cream cookie sandwiches, sundaes and hand dipped cones are available, along with few "sundae" items that include more toppings and/or accoutrements. Sugar-free and fat-free options have been available (but that changes from time to time).
