It's not very often you find a location that's open for breakfast and lunch only… but the Fresh Mediterranean Market is such a place! The concept here is sort of "made with the best ingredients possible", but not exactly farm-to-table because the ingredients are all "Mediterranean"… so Spain, Italy, France, Greece, and Morocco. I have never really understood the interior at "Fresh"… so I won't even try to describe it.

Menu-wise, breakfast has a buffet option (that includes freshly brewed Starbucks coffee) along with several a la cart options. Regardless of the "Mediterranean" backstory, most of the items are squarely American standards, but maybe done a little fresher than you might find elsewhere. "From the Skillet" options include an omelet and basic 2-eggs and bacon type items, "Chef Favorites" include some of the more interesting options, like the "Monkey Puzzle" French Toast, which is egg battered cinnamon-sugar monkey bread served with whipped butter, apple compote and maple syrup.
