Eet by Maneet Chauhan is the only Indian-inspired restaurant at Disney Springs and is located (roughly) between Rainforest Cafe's big volcano and the Earl of Sandwich. The cuisine is said to bridge the culinary landscapes of Mumbai and New Delhi — but in a way that's familiar to western dining. The counter service location offers things like walking tacos, flatbread, and various "build your own bowls", with some Indian-inspired flavors like tikka (a buttery
tomato sauce), moilee (a golden
coconut curry sauce), and bhunna (a classic
indian curry sauce), just to name a few.
