You won't find Sebastian in too many places inside the restaurant. In fact, this little guy on the menu and on one large wall painting, are about the only two places I recall seeing him.

Ooooo such a long counter! Silverware, napkins, condiments, a toaster or two and even a hot water tea station are located here. (As far as I know, the pull handles on the cabinet, don't actually open little draws.)

The dining area at Sebastian's Bistro is basically in the form of an "L". This is the "front" of the dining area (the check-in booth is at the far end of this photo).

Some of the dining areas have a teal color system on the walls with white trim. It's a modern, tropical feel, that's very nicely done.

This is one of the outdoor patio seating areas at Centertown Market. It's covered, and there's fans, and it's outdoors... so there's no air conditioning. I'm just saying.

Flavor-wise, these are pretty much parker house rolls, yeasty and a little doughy. There's not much you can do about the doughyness though (if doughy isn't your thing), they're golden brown on the outside, so baking them just a bit longer would mean they would be harder to pull apart, and possibly get burned.

Another one of the design themes is sort of a peach and blue combo... this is a little more Caribbean in nature... sort of.
