Café Rix is Coronado Spring’s grab-and-go quick food location, but with a few added twists. The location also offers a dozen flavors of Gelato and Sorbet, along with several yummy looking baked goods. A beverage bar (of sorts) is available for smoothies, shakes and coffee based beverages, and pre-made salads are available in large self-serve refrigerator units. Limited seating is also (usually available) in what appears to be kind of, sort of, the same location separated by a giant curtain at the end of the snacks pickup and payment area.
