Celebrate Mardi Gras at Busch Gardens, Tampa as the park features the Big Easy — Florida style. There's Cajun food & cocktails, a parade, and chance to catch some beads... what more do you need really? Like many of the other festivals... there are a couple different Sampler Lanyards available, which really do provide some savings if you're going to try more than a couple of the food and beverage items.

The event takes place on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays only, plus MLK Day (Monday, January 15th, 2024).
The event is included with park admission. Food and beverage samples require separate purchase.
Sampling kiosk generally open at 12pm and remain open until park close on festival days.
