Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Over at the Cigar City Snacks booth, they had one of the few vegetarian items at the festival, and it's a pretty great one! These are the Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites with Buttermilk Garlic Dressing!

At $6.99 it's one of the less expensive savory items you'll find at the festival this year, and it's acutally one of my favorites!
