Fried Sauerkraut Sausage Balls

These Fried Sauerkraut Sausage Balls from the Sam Adams Boston Brewery Best Bites kiosk are a great addition to this year's beer festival!
They are really light for being filled with "sausage" and are kind of a cross between an arancini ball (but not filled with oozy cheese) and a really great Thanksgiving type of stuffing... but then the Sauerkraut (which is basically cabbage) kind of gives them an Asian vibe. It's a very unique item!
