The BBQ at Voyager's Smokehouse is actually quite good, offering a perfect mix of tender, slow-cooked meats and just the right amount of red bbq sauce. The "small plates dining" concept at the Brown Derby Lounge is a fairly new idea for the Disney parks, and we've seen a few other locations (such as the Spice Road at Epcot) give the format a try. Flame Tree BBQ is a great place to stop in for some quick BBQ, as we did on a recent visit just after the holidays (but still during what Disney considers their "peak" holiday period).
