1900 Park Fare is the Grand Floridian’s character buffet location. The setting is somewhat turn-of the-century Victorian with decor items that include a late 1800s Limonaire French band organ and several wooded carved carousel horses. The actual seating, wall decorations and carpet are squarely from this century.
The character line up can change without notice, but regulars seem to include some combination of Aladdin, Cinderella, Mirabel, and Princess Tiana.

The actual dinner buffet line is somewhat small but can include the Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup with fresh strawberries and whipped cream, Tiana’s Gumbo with spicy andouille sausage, Carved Prime Rib, Sun-dried Tomato and Rosemary Focaccia and, more. Assorted bite-sized pastries that are made in-house are on the dessert buffet.
