Wine Bar George is a table service restaurant, featuring wine and food paired by Master Sommelier George Miliotes. There are some walk-up barside seats available here, but if you want a full-on "chair and table", it's a good idea to make reservations.
The environment is said to be an "estate-style wine bar", (and we would add "urban" to that description somewhere) offering shareable small plates and more than 100 wine selections from acclaimed wineries and up-and-coming regions.
Master Sommelier George Miliotes is usually on-hand most night and is no stranger to the Disney culinary world. He was part of the opening team of California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and then managed the restaurant from 1995 to 2002… pushing a new "wine by the glass" concept to new heights, but being the first location in the US to offer over 100 different wines, "by the glass". A concept that has continued at Wine Bar George.
