Trattoria al Forno features some amazing Italian Cuisine for dinner, in a really cool, open-kitchen environment.

For breakfast, Trattoria al Forno offers a character experience called the "Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast". But, there's no boats or cruising involved anywhere.

The characters you'll meet at breakfast are Rapunzel and Flynn Rider, however… I don't recall them ever going away on a long distance cruise. Ariel and Prince Eric are on-hand as well… if I remember correctly, Prince Eric's boat ride didn't end so well though. A giant evil octopus came along and crushed his boat with giant tentacles and purple electric bolts of electricity and such… I'm fairly certain that's not part of breakfast.

None of the characters are Italian (as far as I know)… and fittingly, not much of the food at Trattoria al Forno's "Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast" is Italian either (unless you consider pouring marinara sauce over things to be Italian cuisine).

Seasonal fruit and pastries are served table-side and then there's a single plated item that you can select from a menu… buttermilk pancakes with bacon, a breakfast calzone with scrambled eggs (oooooo… something Italian) and served with "Sunday gravy" (okay, not Italian… shoot). There is a dance around song though, so there's that.

Reservations are highly recommended as this is a very popular experience... and it really is the only way to "meet" and interact with these four characters without standing in line for hours. (I'm not being crabby, this is actually a great character meal, it's just at the wrong location. I mean come on, I've written over 350 restaurant descriptions with less than 3% of them containing any kind of editorial content. Do you have any idea how difficult that is?)
