The Scat Cat’s Club Lounge is located just off the resort’s main lobby. The main lounge and bar area has great looking crown molding that take cues from French architecture, while the bottom half of the space seems to be a little more functional than authentic.
The indoor “patio” space just outside the lounge is quite cool in it’s own right, as it offers the resort’s lobby as a backdrop. On some nights, a live musician or two are on hand playing music.
Much like the River Roost at Riverside, there are a few New Orleans inspired appetizers on the menu, along with a few specialty cocktails that are unique to Port Orleans (along with a full bar of course). The location is generally open from 5pm-12am.
