I had to try the much talked about maple bacon cupcake. The chocolate cupcake was moist and light. The topping was all maple icing! It had bacon bits on top but very chewy being it was on top of the icing for I do not know for how long. The bacon did compliment the maple frosting. This treat was too sweet for me. I will stick to the funnel cake with strawberries and powdered sugar.
