I tried the ribs platter with a light roll and macaroni and cheese. The ribs were dry with not much of a barbeque taste. The mac and cheese was the standard out of the box recipe. I would love to have one of the food locations to make a tasty mac and cheese with a cheese not a milky taste that I could rave about. I miss the previous menu of pizzas, and salad selections with peaches and desserts although the price for the buffet was too high.
