This is the Trolley Car logo sign over the front entrance of the building. There are two menu boards just outside the front entrance (near the bottom of the photo), but they don't really offer much specific information. It says things like "Hot and Cold Espresso Drinks" and "Fresh Brewed Coffee and Tea".
This is the whole Trolley Car Café building. No, you're not seeing things... the building is built on a minor hill. The road slopes down as you walk to the right (toward the entrance/exit area of the park).
You won't find too many company logos other than Disney logos inside the parks. This Starbucks branding is one, obvious exception. While there is a Starbucks location in each of the parks, they are not the "Official Specialty Coffee" of the Walt Disney World Resort... that distinction goes to Joffrey's Coffee and Tea, a Florida based company, that also has coffee and tea stands in all four parks.
