The boat bottom shaped Sweet Sailin' Candy sign that hangs over the front of the shop received a new color system (around 2020, I think). The exterior of the building had been yellow with a thin pink garden script font for the store's name. The building is more of a soft aqua now with a mixed thick font system (that's a little easier to read).
The Sweet Sailin' Candy building is expertly positioned so that it's either the first thing you see walking into SeaWorld, and one of the last food shops you'll see when leaving SeaWorld.
The Vanilla Twix Cake at SeaWorld's Sweet Sailin' Candy shop is around 3 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter.
The Vanilla Twix Cake from SeaWorld's Sweet Sailin' Candy shop has a plastic sleeve around it, presumably to keep the cake from falling over. The icing is rich, sweet, creamy, and would probably start to melt if left unrefrigerated for too long.
The Vanilla Twix Cake does have Twix pieces crumbled on top — and while they do add flavor, they don't really add any "crunch" that you associate with Twix candy bars.
The two-layer Vanilla Twix Cake is available at SeaWorld's Sweet Sailin' Candy shop — but it's not served on a blue plate. I brought mine home to take a better picture of it. When you buy one, Sweet Sailin' Candy will place it in either a wax coated bag or paper box.
A line of the various chocolate covered apples is placed in the window at Sweet Sailin' Candy to showcase what you can expect to find in the shop.

Sweet Sailin' also has white and dark chocolate covered apples.
These hand made Peanut Butter Cups from Sweet Sailin' Candy Company at SeaWorld are larger than packaged peanut butter cups.

There are at least a half dozen flavors of fudge available at Sweet Sailin' Candy. Here, Pecan Maple is pictured.
The new interior design (since around 2020) is bright and colorful... and there's a cool looking tree in the center! This pretty much is the entire shop, so it's not very large. Just outside of the frame (on the left side) is the shop's register, for making purchases.
As you walk in, the confectionery counter is on the left. Here you'll find all the candy covered apples, crispy treats, and quite a few fudge options to choose from.
On the right side of the shop, there's a small area where cast members can make a couple of items (like a funnel cake sundae), but activity over at this counter has been reduced a bit in recent years. I don't think there's room for a clear plastic barrier to be put up between the counter and guests, so more often that not, there's a candy rack in front of the counter.
