The Camarones en Tequila is a flavorful gluten-free item on the San Angel Inn menu that places Tequila flamed Shrimp a la Diabla around a pile of Poblano rice (and a bit of cilantro), which then gets a coating of a cascabel pepper sauce and then drizzled with a tamarind glaze. A grilled stack of seasonal vegetables is placed on top.
