This is the east side entrance to Connections Eatery, as seen from the courtyard area that's directly in front of Mission Space and inside the monorail track loop.
The French Bistro Burger from Connections Eatery is served with French Fries.
The main food ordering and pickup location at Connections Eatery is very spacious.
First, you place an order at the register, and then move forward to pick up your food. Mobile Orders placed on the My Disney Experience app have their own separate pickup line.
The French Bistro Burger which features a blended beef burger patty, caramelized onions, bacon, brie, mushrooms, dijon mayonnaise, and a toasted brioche bun.
That one strip of bacon on the right side of my French Bistro Burger is not quite as crispy as I'd like it to be, but the other strip was crispy.
The Liège Waffle is listed on the Dessert menu at Connections Eatery in Epcot.
This Liège Waffle is described as being a brioche dough waffle with pearl sugar, strawberries, whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
This liège waffle "dessert" item at Connections Eatery is served "room temperature".
While I'm not sure I'd call this Liège Waffles a Dessert Item — I could potentially see it being part of the breakfast menu (which it is).
This is a special festival-only Liège Waffle from Epcot's Connections Eatery. It's called "Figment’s Liege Waffle".
The white chocolate "coin" in the center of the waffle has a rendition of Figment printed on it using edible ink. The whole coin is edible.
The Figment Liege Waffle is said to have an Ube (purple yam) filling — however, I think the crumble on the outside edge of the waffle might have been some type of pastry or cookie crumble. If it was made out of dried Ube, it didn't add much flavor or texture to the waffle.
The special Figment Liege Waffle is also served at "room temperature", just like the Strawberry and Cream Liege Waffle at Connections Eatery.

This is what I call the "floor to ceiling window room" at Connections Eatery. It wraps around to the side of the building as well. If you can make out that orange/red strip in the center of the photo — that's a standing table, with a wireless charging station on top.
This is the side area of the "floor to ceiling window room". The corridor just outside this window wall, leads to the Creations Shop (formerly MouseGears).
These floor to ceiling windows overlook a newly created courtyard... more or less... which has been used for outdoor displays during various festivals.
I call this seating area, the "giant mural room". It offers a great view of the giant mural on the back wall.
The mural wraps around a walkway that leads from the outside, down into the seating area.
Here's a look at the walkway that leads to the outside at Connections Eatery.
