There's a partial on-stage kitchen at Ale and Compass, that's mostly used for final plating and assembly, there's also a couple of flatbread ovens on this side.
The main dining area is in the very center of the Ale and Compass Restaurant, and mostly consists of half booth, half chair type of tables.
While not all of the tables outside the main dining area are large like this one, most of them are "all chair" seating, while many of the tables in the main area are half chair and half booth/bench style seating.
A new table is set and ready to go at Ale and Compass.
The tables in main center seating area mostly contain chairs on one side, and booth/bench style seating on the other.
The interior, main seating area at Ale and Compass is a little darker, and quiet... even when there's sunlight outside. Various walls and columns separate this area from a second seating area that surrounds the restaurant.
There's a third seating area at Ale and Compass, but it's not often used. It's sort of a private dining area in a room that is completely detached from the other dining areas. This seating area may also be used when the restaurant is full though.
