The Ale and Compass Restaurant has a partially on-stage kitchen.
The main dining room at the Ale and Compass can be a little dark, even at breakfast... but maybe that's not a bad thing, if you don't want to do "bright" in the morning. :)
Here's a large table for eight at the Ale and Compass.
There are two dining "chambers" at Ale and Compass... an inner area, that blocks the natural light and takes on a purple and blue tone — and the area pictured here that surrounds the inner area, and offers more natural light (when the sun is up anyway).
The outer seating area at the Ale and Compass is light and airy compared to the inner dining area, however... because a main hallway is just beyond the seating (over that window ledge, but before the outdoor window), it can get a little loud, depending on the time of day.
