We've seen the Hoisin-glazed White Fish of the Day with Halibut and Grouper (so far). The ivory colored sauce at the bottom of the bowl/plate is the Turmeric, acting somewhat like a Beurre Blanc sauce (without the wine).

At the end of the day, I'm not sure how many Verlasso Salmon there are swimming around Africa... but I'm glad they offered this Banana Leaf Wrapped & Roasted version at Tusker House. On the day this photo was taken, it was one of the "top three" best things to eat on the buffet line.

If you ask me, Mickey is always the snazziest dresser. The outfit Mickey has on here at Tusker House is very similar to what he wore in the original Jammin' Jungle Parade which had it's last run a few years ago.

Here, we're standing right next to the east-most wall in seating area two, and looking in to the "seating area one" room, in the center of the restaurant.

On the front of this dessert plate is a "Chocolate Turtle Brownies"... which more or less is a brownie with caramel drizzled over it along with a few pecans tossed in.

Oh those Pandorans do like their Boba Pearls. They may look like fish eggs, but they're really just filled with a bit of liquid that pops in your mouth. The flavor is somewhat like a savory, some what sour yogurt.

In one of the second floor seating areas, a puffy blue cloud paint system was used.

In the back of "the hip joint" area, at the southern most point at Restaurantosaurus, you'll find this prized "trailer" seating spot, complete with juke box.

Spit Roasted Bone-in Ham (that is carved to order), with Spicy Honey Mustard Sauce, Basmati Rice with Lemon, Cinnamon, and Cardamon, and a few Sweet Plantains.

The main west-side dining area at Restaurantosaurus is spacious (for a counter service location), with the tables being a good bit apart.

There is one main line which feeds five separate registers. This system seems to work the best during peak dining times.

While the kind of fish may change depending on the season, it still has to fit on a plate. My guess is perch and/or snapper are used often.
