It's so sad when we loose a whole festival. What usually happens though, is that parts of a previous festival or seasonal event will get absorbed into another version of a different festival that takes place in a similar date range. Occasionally, they go away for a period of time, and then come back. Sometimes though, they do just disappear. This list is for historical reference and to look back at some of the previous events.
