The Big River Grille & Brewing Works is actually home to the only working brewpub in the Disney resort system. There is a lot of beer making "memorabilia" everywhere you look, but the main attraction (located in the center-ish of the restaurant and surrounded by protective glass) are all of the necessary devices for micro brewing beer. There are six ale brewed on-site (and are available as a sampler flight)…

Food-wise, the menu is smartly focused on pub fare. I mean let's face it... a Kobe Burger, Ribs, or a Blackened Mahi Sandwich are great for pairing and sampling various beers. This is one of the few locations left at Disney where there are minor differences in the lunch and dinner menus. There are a few more (a slightly more affordable) sandwiches on the lunch menu, while the dinner period gets a couple more entree level steak and fish items.
