The Biergarten Restaurant is one of those locations where a giant indoor space, is intended to resemble an outdoor space at night, much like the San Angle Inn in the Mexico Pavilion (also at Epcot) or the Blue Bayou at Disneyland. You might miss the Lakeside Panini Bistro if you're not looking for it. The small outdoor dining location is located just about opposite of "Sharks", which is one of SeaWorld Orlando's premium-level restaurants. I stopped by the beautifully detailed, but small Drinkwallah location the other day, purposely to try one of their Lychee Lemonade's with Coconut Rum.
