Jedi Mickey is ready for action (or a photo with your group) at Jedi Mickey's Star Wars Dine at Hollywood & Vine.
R2 D2's Cataloupe Salad
Obi Wan's Insalata Caprese
Tusken Raider Thai Beef Salad
Kit Fistos Tip New Zealand Green Mussels
Lando's Lobster and Shrimp Mac and Cheese. That Lando knows how to eat. Could I just take this whole bowl off the buffet line?
I'd like some carved Yoda please. A little green meat. Now, now... I'm just checking to see if you guys are reading the captions. This is carved turkey from the Jedi Council Carving station.
R2-D2's Cantaloupe Salad was a surprising treat, that's very similar to an Italian Mellon and Prosciutto type of dish. We really liked the saltier crisp bacon against the sweet cantaloupe.
Plated Pretzel Roll, Obi-Wan's Insalata Caprese, and R2-D2's Cantaloupe Salad. Can't resist those Pretzel Rolls. The Insalata Caprese was also delicious.
Kit Fisto's Tip New Zealand Green Mussels and Stormtrooper Shrimp. Cocktail sauce is also available for the guest favorite Peel and Eat Shrimp.
Plated Sauteed Mixed Vegetables, Fried Rice, and Salmon with Blistered Tomatoes and Cranberry Garnish.
Salmon with Blistered Tomatoes and Cranberry Garnish. Salmon is a staple here at Hollywood and Vine. While the garnishes that it's served with change seasonally, the salmon itself is always great.
Sauteed Vegetables
Fried Rice
The flavor of the Asiago Ranch Chicken is amazing... Although some pick up too much saltiness from the combination of the cheese and the ranch dressing. The chicken itself seems to be hit and miss. I have had some that were juicy and others that were too dry. Such is the problem with sauce-less buffet chickens though.
Plated Cantina Corn, Asiago Ranch Chicken, Mos Eisley Barbecue Meatball.
Plated Asiago Ranch Chicken, Mos Eisley Barbecue Meatball, and Cantina Corn.
A closer look at a Mos Eisley Barbecue Meatball. The Barbecue Meatball itself is another one of those items that is usually on the Hollywood and Vine buffet line, and is a guest favorite. I could make a meal out of just those and the lobster mac and cheese!
Plated Fish and Chips, Felucia Fasolaka, and Bratwurst with Sauerkraut.
A dry version of "Felucia" Fasolaka. I seem to remember there being more tomato-based sauce with Fasolaka. These were really good, but could have been renamed "green beans with roasted potatoes".
The Fish and Multi-color Chips are fun, but the fish inside the battered nuggets was not of the highest quality. In fact, there may be small edible bone fragments in a few of the fish nuggets themselves. Which is not really my thing.
The Bratwurst with Sauerkraut was surprisingly delicious as well. I always raise an eyebrow when I see something slightly out of place on a buffet. Here is a German dish on a clearly Americana buffet line, and it didn't even have a cute Star Wars name... but it was so good, that I would have went back for seconds had I not discovered it so late in my meal.
Lando's Lobster and Shrimp Macaroni and Cheese.
Plated Lando's Lobster and Shrimp Macaroni and Cheese, Princess Leia's Sweet-and-Sour Pork, and carved Turkey from the Jedi Council Carving Station.
Bantha Blue Soft-serve Ice Cream.
Chocolate dipped strawberry, re-dipped in blue sugar and a chocolate dipped pretzel stick.
Plated a Donald Maul Key Lime Tart, Wookie Cookies (sugar cookies shaped like a wookie head), and a Chocolate Dipped Strawberry.
A small Rebel Cake Square, which is a vanilla cake with cream and berry layers.
Jabba the Hutt Salted Caramel Mini Cupcake.
Yoda Chocolate Hazelnut Mini Cupcake.
Darth Vader Chocolate Peanut Butter Mini Cupcake.
The Bantha Blue Soft Serve Ice Cream has a slight berry flavor.
There are many pastries to choose from at Jedi Mickey's Star Wars dinner at Hollywood and Vine. Here, some small berry cake squares are shown.
Donald Maul Key Lime Tarts with a Blackberry garnish.
Hey buddy, have you seen my light saber? Chocolate Peanut Butter Darth Vader Mini Cupcakes converse with one another at the dessert station.
Yoda cupcakes many are we. Chocolate Hazelnut Mini Cupcakes at the Jedi Mickey Star Wars Hollywood and Vine dinner. This is a great opportunity to try all the cupcakes... at some other locations, these little guys are quite pricey.
A very detailed Millennium Falcon cake topper made from chocolate is a center piece at the dessert station.
Be on the lookout for Darth Goofy and Stormtrooper Donald.
Princes Leia Minnie and Ewok Dale are on hand for photos!
The best part about the characters at Jedi Mickey's Star Wars Dine at Hollywood and vine is that even though they're on opposite sides of the force... they are all still best buddies!
Awe... Ewok Chip is so hungry he's starting to eat his outfit!
Dance Party!!! Ewok Chip and Dale love dancing to those funky Mos Eisley Cantina tunes.
The whole Jedi Mickey gang (sans the big guy himself) after a long day at Jedi Mickey's Star Wars Dine at Hollywood and Vine.
These Jedi Mickey Star Wars wraps are on most of the columns throughout the restaurant.

There are two "window" areas on each side of the restaurant that offer "chair" style seating with no booths. The booths, are located more in the location's interior space.
This is the main backdrop used for the first photo opportunity as you enter the restaurant. There is usually a Disney character, dressed as a Star
Wars character, available to pose for photos and meet guests.
