Located atop Chefs de France, Monsieur Paul offers an elegant yet casual atmosphere, with very unique views of World Showcase (for those that are lucky enough to get a window seat). Bright colors and modern design cues combine with classic French details to make Monsieur Paul a very relaxed “step away” from the pace of a theme park.
The menu reflects the Bocuse tradition of French classical cuisine served with the freshest ingredients, and changes based on the best ingredient available. Some items may include, Black truffle soup, Lobster a l’Americaine, Herb-crusted rack of lamb, Salad with braised leeks and dry-aged ham, Grand Marnier soufflé, and Triple chocolate cake.
In addition to the standard beverages, a very focused wine list, with other European beers and spirits are available.
