The Power Salad with fired grilled chicken breast is as delicious as it is beautiful! Usually don't eat salads because of the lettus, but this one is made with shredded cabbages and Brussel sprouts, dried cherries and pine nuts. Topped with a light sweet & sour dressing this is my new favorite meal at Epcot!
