The entrees are more American-Chinese that traditional Chinese cuisine and include Sweet and Sour Pork, Kung Pao Chicken, and Honey Sesame Chicken... but there are a few exceptions, such as the Fragrant Five-Spiced Fish and a Zha Jiang Noodles Sampler with many components to mix and match.
Desserts have not traditionally been a focus in Chinese cuisine, but a ginger cake and a very-semi-sweet Coconut Rice Pudding are available.
