This is the Chocolate Tea Cake Filled with Rosewater Frosting that each guest at the demo got to try. We didn't have any tea though... we had Rose Regale Red Sparkling Wine of course.
After the Culinary Demo, chef Ellyn continues to visit with guests, answers questions, signs autographs, and poses for photos!
