Culinary and Beverage Seminars for 2016

The "Festival Center" is open daily during the Food & Wine Festival from 9am until park close and is located between Mission: Space and the Ellen's Energy Adventure attractions in the front (Future World) Section of Epcot.

Walt Disney World Resort Passholders, Disney Vacation Club Members, Tables in Wonderland Members, and Golden Oak Residents may begin booking on Tuesday, July 19th, 2016 at 9:00am and will receive a $2 discount off of Culinary Demonstrations and Beverage Seminars Monday-Thursday.

Culinary Demonstrations ($15)

Cook up a new kind of cuisine by learning from some of the world’s most celebrated chefs!

During each 45-minute demonstration, renowned gourmets will impart years of kitchen wisdom while whipping up a special delicious dish. Attendees can collect tips and tricks to sharpen their skills as well as savor the exquisite flavors prepared at each presentation—a tasting-sized serving of wine or beer is also included. Beverage Seminars ($15)

Sample select adult beverages at a seminar that puts you in touch with your inner wine, beer and spirit connoisseur.

Raise your glasses as sommeliers and other beverage experts share their extensive knowledge at these deliciously informative presentations. Attendees can taste these popular potables while developing a new appreciation for state-of-the-art winemaking, brewing and distilling techniques. Mix It, Make It, Celebrate It! ($49)

Roll up your sleeves and learn some new techniques from the professionals! This new hands-on workshop series will give Guests the opportunity to learn from the pros, whether it be cake decorating, garnishing, cocktail mixing, or a variety of other fun topics!
