As evening falls over Epcot, the warm orange glow emanating from the artesian light bulbs at Chefs de France is a welcoming site to any hungry park guests. While the restaurant is often booked far in advance, you may just be able to score a walk-up spot at the very end of the dining period.

The window seating on either the north or west ends of the restaurant offer great views of the goings-on out side, while still allowing you to enjoy the details inside the location, such as the intricate mosaic floor tiles and the high inset ceilings.

The menu is said to be French nouvelle, but that shouldn’t scare anyone away from trying this very accessible menu. Guest favorites include the Lobster bisque and French onion soup, Alsace flatbread with creme fraiche, onion and bacon, Beef short ribs braised in Cabernet, Broiled salmon, the Coquille St Jacques, and the Grilled beef tenderloin with green peppercorn sauce.

Don’t forget to save room for desserts such as Creme Brulee, fresh sorbets, and the puff choux with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.

In addition to the standard array of beverages, a wine list and imported beers are available.
